Education and competence development

We develop curricula, educational material and training programmes, and we run workshops, training and mentoring. We adapt the content to the people learning and tie it to practical tasks, real working situations and what organisations need.

We work with educational institutions, teachers, mentors and employers on developing vocational programmes. We write learning outcomes, modules, teaching material and assessment tools, connecting theory with learning through practical work.
