Knowledge that gets used, collaboration that lasts
Who we are
Pannonia Education & Advisory is an education and advisory company that brings together competence development, strategic planning and the use of digital technology.
We work with educational institutions, companies, public bodies and civil society organisations on programmes and solutions suited to their needs and to the people they work with. We are active in vocational education and training, adult education and non-formal education for young people.
We develop tailor-made educational programmes, curricula, teaching material and eLearning content, and we run training aimed at putting knowledge to practical use. We connect digital learning and the use of artificial intelligence with clear educational goals, the needs of the people learning, and expert review of the content.
Our advisory work covers strategies, organisational development, and the preparation and delivery of programmes and projects. Through international partnerships we bring different experience and expertise together and take part in creating solutions that can be used in various organisations and communities.
What matters to us is that what we develop is understandable, usable and useful: to the learner picking up a new skill, to the educator improving their work, and to the organisation pursuing its development goals.
Mission and vision
M
Our mission
To make knowledge usable and available, and to support people and organisations in developing the competences they need for learning, work and taking part in society. Through education, advice and digital solutions we connect what people need with the ways they can develop, helping them turn knowledge and ideas into real change.
V
Our vision
A society in which people at every stage of life have the chance to learn, develop their abilities and help shape the future. We are building Pannonia as a recognised international partner that connects education, advisory work and digital innovation, and contributes to more accessible learning and sustainable development.
Our values
The five principles we work by. Open the one you are interested in.
01
Quality and usefulness
The knowledge and solutions we develop should have a clear purpose and be of real use in practice. We start from real needs, set goals that everyone understands, and improve our work on the basis of results and of the feedback we get from the people who use them.
02
Accessibility and inclusion
We respect the different experiences, abilities and circumstances of the people we work with. We shape content, methods and digital solutions so that they lower the barriers to learning and make participation more equal.
03
Partnership and trust
Good cooperation rests on open communication, clear agreements and shared responsibility. We listen to our clients, partners and learners, and involve them in developing solutions that answer their needs.
04
Responsible innovation
We bring in new approaches, digital technologies and artificial intelligence where they can improve learning and work. In doing so we keep our professional judgement, check the quality of the content, and pay attention to privacy and to what users need.
05
Continuous learning and development
We believe that building competences lasts a lifetime. We invest in our own knowledge, exchange experience and question settled ways of working, so that we can support other people's development better.

Our team
Founder
Josip Brozović
A lawyer with a postgraduate specialisation in European Union project management, with experience in public administration, in leading civil society organisations and in business. His work brings together the development and delivery of EU projects, education, strategic planning and social inclusion.
He also built his professional experience in the ministries responsible for social policy and for young people, working on project management and EU funds. In leadership roles in civil society organisations he gained experience of managing teams, developing services and programmes, and working with public institutions and international partners. A particular part of his work concerns the rights and inclusion of people with disabilities, accessibility in education, and the participation of young people.
As the founder of Pannonia he connects an understanding of public policy and funding opportunities with the practical needs of educational institutions, companies and organisations.
