Understanding why young people withdraw, and supporting their inclusion
STAY looks at young people withdrawing from active participation, including what is known as quiet quitting. The project handbook is written for people who work with young people and offers ways of understanding lost motivation, opening communication, respecting personal boundaries and offering support. The emphasis is on creating conditions in which young people can say what they need and take part meaningfully.
