The second transnational meeting

In March the Open University AMC Nova Gradiška signed the contract for delivering the project “Developing innovative methods of learning to use smart tachographs in order to strengthen the digitalisation and decarbonisation of transport”, funded under the Erasmus+ Programme 2021-2027 / KA2. The project partners are Pannonia Consulting d.o.o. from Zagreb and Prometni Center Blisk d.o.o. from Ljubljana, Slovenia.

The second transnational meeting was held within the project on 23 and 24 January 2023. This time the host was the project promoter, the Open University AMC Nova Gradiška, represented by Slavica Štefanac and Marijana Soldatović, alongside representatives of the partner organisations: Valentino Petrović and Ivana Riđanec for Pannonia Consulting, and Mile Lukić and Ljubiša Rudonjić for Prometni centar Blisk. The meeting was primarily concerned with examining the DeCarbo Traffic webinar that had been produced, but participants also covered other subjects, such as reviewing and commenting on the notice about the analysis of the progress report, updating the timetable of project activities, and final comments on the non-formal curriculum produced.

The DeCarbo Traffic webinar itself was recorded in three languages (Croatian, Slovenian, English) in October 2022, and a digital handbook of the same name was produced as accompanying material, also in those three languages. The second transnational meeting was an excellent opportunity to reflect on what had been done, to discuss the use of tachographs in organising transport systems economically with the aim of reducing the carbon footprint, and to agree the groundwork for the activities to come.

The project is co-financed by the European Union and delivered under the Erasmus+ programme, Key Action 2: Small-scale partnerships.
