Placement completed within the DRUPWB project

Within the project “Digital Response to Unemployment Problems in Western Balkans” (DRUPWB), Pannonia Consulting ran a placement based on the curriculum “A STEM-Driven Vocational Curriculum for Future Careers”.

Over the course of a month, ten participants, among them unemployed and NEET young people, took part in a practical training programme where they built the digital and entrepreneurial competences today’s labour market calls for, through the curriculum’s four modules: Virtual assistant, No-code programming, Self-employment, and Starting and running a small business.

Through workshops, mentoring and practical tasks, participants developed skills in digital communication, organisation, teamwork, entrepreneurship and the use of current digital tools. The placement included real examples of working in virtual teams, communicating with clients and organising an online business.

The activity was carried out in line with the aims of the DRUPWB project, which promotes employability and the digital competences of young people and adults through innovative forms of non-formal education.
