Pannonia has begun a new Erasmus+ project with partners from Germany and Estonia
Pannonia Consulting has begun delivering a new VET Erasmus+ project entitled FIGHTing Youth Unemployment through Digital Skills and Interactive Education, in cooperation with partners from Germany and Estonia. The project runs under Key Action 2 – Small-scale partnerships in vocational education and training (KA210-VET), and will be delivered from September 2024 to August 2025.
This international project sets out to empower unemployed young people through developing digital skills, interactive education and a stronger entrepreneurial spirit. With a total budget of 60,000 euros, it involves developing innovative educational materials and running local trainings for VET educators in all three partner countries.
The project will:
- develop a comprehensive curriculum for educators and vocational education institutions, with an emphasis on self-employment and working in a digital environment,
- run local trainings for 45 VET educators in Germany, Estonia and Croatia,
- design two interactive online courses with gamification elements, focused on virtual assistance and the first steps on the labour market,
- and organise three multiplier conferences, one in each partner country, to present the results to a wider public and secure the long-term use of the materials developed.
The project partners are:
- Learning Library (Estonia),
- Bildung für Morgen e.V. (Germany),
- Pannonia Consulting (Croatia).
Within the project, Pannonia is responsible for organising the local trainings, developing the curriculum and promoting the project results in Croatia, with particular emphasis on including unemployed young people from rural and less developed areas.
We look forward to continuing our work with our European partners and believe this project will bring concrete and useful results for young people looking for their place on the labour market.
