Pannonia Consulting as a partner in the Erasmus+ project “eLearning Architects – Designing the Future of the Labour Market”
Pannonia Consulting takes part as a partner organisation in the Erasmus+ project “eLearning Architects – Designing the Future of the Labour Market (ARCHILAB)”, carried out under Erasmus+ KA210-VET – Small-scale partnerships in vocational education and training. The project brings together organisations from Spain, Croatia and Serbia to answer the growing needs of the labour market in digital education and e-learning.
The project starts from a clear challenge: although digital learning is growing fast, the European labour market still lacks structured educational programmes for the professionals who design, develop and deliver e-learning content. That is exactly where ARCHILAB introduces a new role, the eLearning Architect, a specialist who connects pedagogical knowledge, digital tools and what the labour market needs.
The project is developing an innovative non-formal educational programme for eLearning Architects, alongside digital tools and an e-learning platform that will make the content easy to reach. The programme is aimed at people with secondary vocational education, unemployed young people, professionals working in education, and anyone who wants to advance or change their career towards digital education.
Pannonia Consulting’s role is focused above all on curriculum development and the digitalisation of educational content. As an organisation with experience in developing curricula and e-learning solutions, Pannonia helps ensure that the programme answers real labour market needs and aligns with European educational frameworks. Particular emphasis goes to the practical usefulness of the knowledge, the accessibility of the digital tools, and the competences of educators.
One of the project’s key aims is to build the capacity of organisations in digital education, through training for educators and the exchange of knowledge between partners. The project also includes internships for learners on the programme, which further supports employability and ties education to a real working environment.
Through international cooperation and the exchange of experience, ARCHILAB contributes to better, more innovative and more inclusive vocational education. For Pannonia Consulting, taking part continues a strategic direction towards digital skills, the modernisation of education, and concrete solutions that support employability and long-term development.
The project runs for 12 months, and its results, the curriculum, the digital tools and a strengthened network of organisations, will remain available after it ends, for further use and wider take-up nationally and across Europe.
